Will it be safe??

My sister has just brought these mug painting kits in for my mum and stepdad to do. They have to be put into the oven after painting...is this safe to do with birds in the house..??

I wouldn't take a chance unless you have a good direct to the outdoors vent fan over the appliance. A hood that recirculates won't get any possible fumes out of the house. You could move your birds to another area of the house that you can close off while baking the mugs then air out the room well before putting the birds back.

I agree with the above posting. Just to be safe, putting your birds in another room and then airing out the room with the oven in it afterwards would probably be a good idea. I don’t think acrylic would be harmful but I don’t know for sure. On another note, I think those mugs are a cute idea

I would not be using this.

Guess they dont want your lips to touch the paint.
