Yeah you should! Cockatiels are perfect dragon hybrid candidates as their crests add so much interest.

I have heard that it sets within the Gulf Steam, near the mid-Atlantic rift.

Tales suggest that it is the remnants of a rift-volcano surrounded by deep Atlantic waters and an abundance of fish and other ocean critters that enjoy the upper waters near the shoreline.

The sharp slopes of the volcano vastly limits interest by Humans as although there are trees and undergrowth there is not a patch of tillable land. Flighted dragons, Sea birds and little else is to be found as the Gulf Stream provides and taketh away.
