So my guys are about 10weeks old now, and they are doing so so we'll.
But dexter has started doing this weird head bobbing with regurgitating, hasn't done it to me yet but whilst playing.

I know they say sign of affection etc. but would like to see some other views?

It's an instinctual behavior used to feed other birds, either babies or a bird's mate. It can be displayed during odd moments as well. It's not significant in terms of conveying an emotional message.

Perfectly normal for them to do it to you and/or other birds.

Neither. I don't like it because they will often flick around the regurgitated food, so I try to avoid the things that will trigger it, such as beak rubbing.
