Help identifying mutation?

Hello, this is Otto Von Chip, he's a baby lovebird I got recently but I cant seem to figure out what mutation he could be. I'm fairly sure he's some kind of peach face, but every blue lovebird I find either has only a partially white head or a completetly black one, does anyone know what he might be?

white face blue (turquoise) lovebird. I had one just like him. She flew out the door last fall and never saw her again
