Maybe this is the worst idea ever (feedback welcome), but I was thinking it may be fun for the "like-minded" parrot people in the area to get together and do a little meet and greet
Maybe exchange some birdie baked goods and everyone brings some toy parts and make toys? Theres always knitting groups, sewers groups, car lovers groups, gardening groups, parents groups...why not a parrot lovers group I dunno how many of you live in the Portland area, but if a few people were interested, we could work out the details and see if it would be feasible to get together every once in a while. Or maybe forum members in other areas would enjoy doing something like this with other local-to-them parrot lovers? Just something I've been thinking about for a while and thought I'd put it out there.
