\What kind of Conure is this ?

Is he a Pineapple Conure? You cant see it but he has a yellow underbelly and looks like red or orange heart on his stomach.... Any ideas?

From that pic i would say he is a cinnamon green cheek conure, could you get a pic of his stomach so we can see the amount of red and yellow, that would tell me if he isa pineaple or a cinnamon.

Yea that red belly not going all the way to the neck means cinnamon conure. At least that's my guess. Probably after a molting or two the colors will stand out more.

Does the top of his tail have a halo effect, light in the middle and dark on the edges? If so then he is a pineapple if not he is a cinnamon.

His tail is like a burnt red it looks the same color all over... I think you are right he is a Cinnamon

Looks like a cinnamon to me too.
Also, try to stay away from the bedding used in the cage photo, you can't examine their droppings(one of the first ways to detect illness), most people just use newspaper :)
