Boy or girl?

The last one is 100% boy, two others are young and it can be hard to say. Second one seems to be a young boy for me but I'm not sure. Let's see what others write

First one is too young.
Second is female.
Last is male.

All budgies have pink ceres until around 6 months.
After 6 months young males have purple ceres, adult males have light blue ceres or deep blue ceres when in breeding condition, young females will have pale blue or white ceres, adult females will have pale blue ceres with white rings around the nostrils or brown ceres when in breeding condition.
