We all use some sort of cage liners . Recently I found a heavy weight paper roll at home depot - Lowes stores ( paint department ) They sell different sizes ( very cheap ) Perfect for cages of any size. ( example 36"x 166ft $12.97 ) Much better then newspaper as it is thicker-heavier grade paper.

That's a great idea! I use papers in most of my cages, but have 2 cages I have to use paper towels in since the birds are on the floor most of the time.I am going to check that out for those, thanks for sharing!

Yeah just like that but I use larger size for my mac cage pan which is 36" wide. Like I said before they sell different sizes Also there are two differet paper colors , brown and red rosin paper which I like a bit better then brown. Usually, I change paper liner twice a week but I poor daily some beach sand over the poop .

Is that paper waxed? Does it let moisture through? I like the idea of a roll that I can just cut to size.

The pre-cut liners I've been buying are waxed, so I can stack a few in the pan and just pull one out twice per day since moisture does not soak through.

I have used the same stuff, works great. Its the perfect width for Bonny's cage that I only need to cut it once.
