Can I feed my tiels frosted mini wheats? Or any other cereal? What are some human foods they can eat?

I know they gotta eat em in moderation, no salt, no excessive sugar, no toxic foods (avocado, garlic, fruit seeds, onion, chocolate.. if I'm missing any let me know please )

What are some snacks that I eat that I'm able to share with them? I sometimes feel bad when they ask me for some out of curiosity and I never can because I don't know how well their little bodies can take it.

I don’t know it’s very good for them but my Tiels like Golden Grams cereal.. Cheerios is probably better but they like them less.

Basically if it's safe for you to eat they are fine with it with some exceptions. Onions and etc. Birds are opportunistic eaters because.....dinosaurs...

If it's healthy for you to eat on average its safe for them (even bits of chicken) but check the list.

Oh yeah, can they eat baby food puree? There's this puree I eat that's Banana oat blueberry. The brand is simple truth organic. There's other flavors but i don't know if they can eat that.

It’s kinda hard to find, not every grocery store has it.
And.
The thing that always bothered me about giving my birds cereal is that it’s all “enriched with vitamin and minerals “. Specifically I was always worried about iron, our birds don’t need that and I understand it’s bad for them.
