Conure grunting noises?

Tiagos been making these little grunting noises a LOT lately and im curious of what they mean. Ive tried looking it up but havent been able to find relating to these noises. I attached a video of the noises

Hiya, my conure does this. She does this if she's curious or getting ready to sleep. Either way it's positive.
