Help rehoming. (Mexico)

A very hard post to make but I'm really concerned about where she'll go. After having her as my companion for so long, I have to rehome my amazon due to very unfortunate circumstances in my life right now and I'm unable to care for her like she deserves.

My biggest concern is that I can't give her away to just anyone since where I live parrots like her are kept in those small rounded cages and fed only sunflower seeds so I come here to seek help... I'm in the Guanajuato, GTO area and I live in a small town so there's not many sanctuaries around here. I need some help...
