I was walking along a tree-lined sidewalk and came upon a big pile of bird poop. The thought came to me that just because I could step over it doesn't mean I should.
I used to wonder how in the world did my bird strategically deposit his droppings in obscure places around the house, mostly on the HW floors. Of course there was the mysterious elbow deposit, and then the rude discoveries of smears on my hand. I'd see it on the walls by the baseboards, under the light switches, and even above the doors. Now, I see it on the ceiling! A big fat glob almost ready to fall off, like a pliable piece of clay.
