Love that and can't wait to hear all about your new family member! ;)

Since I'm biased in going to throw out a sennie or poi family member. Smaller birds with big attitudes. My Sammie is super playful.

YaY!!! Bruce and Simba bonded yesterday! I am sooo thankful that I stayed back until they figured everything out! Simba finally relaxed, remembered that Bruce was his original choice.... It was great watching them play and converse together!!! Now it's time to find my feathered friend.....or is it....my feathered friend to fine me :)

Are you from palmetto ? That's where i live, that's my post office anyway.

I'm originally from Michigan. I moved to Palmetto, FL for about 10 years and moved back to MI for the last 2 years now. My mother is in Parrish yet. So I'll be back eventually to live or visit. It was getting a little rough there when I left and the cost of living/loss of jobs took it's toll.... but I still love the area :)

Cool, i'm in the state park at the end of Moccasin Wallow Rd.

LOL.....I lived at one time in Fresh Meadows off 69th Street.....

I plan on meeting an African Grey later this month....Hoping it's the one!!! She is a rescue 12-14 years old. The rescue said: Yes she is hormonal, (almost all Greys are) she warms up to lost anyone quickly, she is about 12-14 yrs old. She is a bit of a feather barberer but she is a really calm sweet girl!
Anything I should be looking for/aware of? Looking for any advice here.....
