She ripped this bell off her toy, brought it to her water bowl, dunked it in, carried it to her perch and drank like this. No cap.

I love this picture, Gemma is very ladylike in drinking her water! I'm impressed with her ingenuity.

This one is definitely a favorite of my Elvis.
Just hanging out in the car after a walk around Jordan's pond last summer.

So the best of the best.
As already mentioned it's extremely difficult to choose.

My official entry is Pacho.
She was hands down the most colorful of my flock and sweet to boot.
looking at her face is like looking into a beautiful sunset.

my two runners up are Bingo.
The fine detail of his face and the tiny water droplets that can be seen.

and a little stop motion photography of a hummingbird.

I can see why it was so hard to choose, all three of your photos are incredible!

Pacho really does bring to mind a gorgeous sunset, and her sweetness really comes through in the expression on her face. I'm glad you chose this one.
I love the water droplets on Bingo, and I especially love the way his eye looks. His intelligence really shines through.
And the hummingbird, WOW! What an amazing shot you captured!
