If it's 23:30 he should be asleep. That's in the middle of the night. Turn the lights off and leave him be. He needs to sleep. He is scared, too.

It's hard to tell with a new bird, they are often in shock when they first come in. Keep it away from your birds, wash your hands after touching it. Go to a vet if you can, I know it can be hard to find one but it is important. If you have it for two days and it is still acting strangly, I would talk to the shop owners. after 24 hours, the feces should no longer be too runny and the bird should eat and explore its cage.

You should leave him alone for a few days, than after a week or 2 take him for a check up

Looks like a young mealy, from the eye color ,i'd say less than 6 months old and maybe much younger. Has it weaned,drinking water ? If you suspect eye problems , take it back ,at least contact the seller and ask them these questions. The eye does look swollen , why i don;t know. Insect bite,injury ,who knows,ask a vet.

I took the parrot to two veterinary doctors
First told me it was possible he was suffering from inflammation of the eye
The second told me this the beginning of the flu


But the parrot does not leave in the cage blame eats far only thing to drink water in the morning and now all time sleeping what is the solution? ?

Where they avian vets? Most regular vets aren't so good at diagnosing bird illness.

i puted in a room single and he was eat from a moment Sunflower seed and yes he sleeping alot

Try offering him some pellets, and some fruit and veg, he might like it more, and its much better for him. If the vet has given you medicine, I would watch him over the next few days to see if he is making any improvements. If the medicine works, he should be looking better and getting a bit more active soon. Have you noticed any other things, like sneezing? Make sure you keep him away from your other parrot for a while so as not to spread illness.

I have contacted a doctor for birds and i sent him pictures for the eye parrot اhe said to me that this caused by a lack of vitamin so i will take it to him tomorrow to give me the right medicine
and no snezzing just he sleep all time and also the Dr told me this cause
fever

and i puted apple and orange but just he eat Sunflower seed

I am not 100% sure on amazon diets, but I think they need pellets rather than seeds. Someone can correct me if I am wrong. This would help him get the right amount of vitamins, as well as fruit & veg.

I've put fruit, but did not eat only seeds

i am from lebanon and in lebanon most people and shops put just seeds for parrots and this cause a problem
and i am google for my eye parrot problem
i found the same like the dr told me try to goole it
and the dr told me If they do not treat the eye will swell more and become inflamed and will need surgery

I'm sorry to hear that you can only get seeds for him. They are not very healthy, unfortunately.

Keep offering him fruits, vegetables in a SEPARATE dish, or on a Kabob.

If he's feeling sick, then it's normal for him to sleep a lot. Keep him warm and don't disturb him much.
