If you don't mind me asking, which breeder did you buy them from? Was it possibly Sebah Birds?
I'm sorry to say but your aviary is a poor design for parrots as large as eclectus. They'll chew through that wood in a flash and the wire does not look galvanised coated to me.
I would seriously recommend to re-do an aviary with this time making it out of 50x50mm RHS steel and use Galvanised dipped mesh this time. And use proper natural perches from Eucalyptus varieties and Bottlebrush
