Parrots species that are less noisy

You know, speaking of Eckies, I think my female SI is the quietest bird I've ever had. She has her occasional moments, especially when someone gets home after being gone all day, but she really doesn't make much noise. Most of the noise she makes is "mumbling" when I'm in the other room doing stuff, or she will coo when she is sitting with me. She never makes noise for very long, though. My budgies will chatter from sun up to sun down, I'm not even sure if they breathe. The tiel screams on occasion, just because he feels like it. He will remind you who his larger cousins are, that's for sure.

Mine was super quiet too, except for some talking.

Keeping a parrot on my balcony is like the piece of land just between 2 countries where no-one actually has jurisdiction. Technically we may not smoke in the apartments and own pets but it says we may smoke on our balconies. For me to be able to keep a parrot on my balcony without management getting all flustered it would help by having a genetically quiet species - touch and go that idea as you could have the loudest bird in the world be the quietest! Lol!! Dont worry I dont smoke on my balcony - lol

If I show management the stats on the bird and all the info I need on ensuring I dont get a knock on my door saying the parrot has to go I need to ensure I have all my ducks in a row.
