Sometimes I wonder if we need to change how intelligence is calculated. Too many times things happen that show different thinking and opinions not lack of intelligence or understanding.

I have invited a friend from Fla who is down on her luck (lost job and appt) to move in til she gets her life back in order. After all, its just me now, rattling around like a bean, in this big house. She has a cockatiel named Churchill, who's 28! We are hoping he and Salty will at least get along enuf so they can be out together, best case Churchill shares Salty's playchain etc. She'll be here sometime between Fri and Sat.
