Rug tufting- harmful to birds?

So I just started rug tufting and bought all the materials but after making the first rug and opening the carpet adhesive I realized it smelled really bad? Is it toxic for my birds ? They aren’t in the same room and are down stairs from where I work can I still make it manageable that I use that stuff if it is harmful? I wouldn’t want anything to happen to my birds but I’ve always wanted to do this is there a way to do this safe. Here is the product I hope someone can help me
