Panama Amazon (1 Y.O.)
Kiwi hadn't been out around strangers in a few weeks, so I decided to bring her. She put on a show... stepped up for everyone, and was just a really good girl.

Got there at halftime of the Denver game...

By the end of the first quarter of the Carolina game, she looked me in the eye, and BLEW NOT ONLY MY MIND, but pretty much everyone else at the party as well... "WANNA GO BACK NOW. SAY BYE-BYE!"

My jaw fell to the floor! I don't know how or where she picked this one up. But that's ALEX level cognition...

Needless to say, we went home.

SHE'S AMAZING!

Sounds as if Kiwi is the proverbial "football widow." :D

ROFL! Game over! Called by the bird!

Yeah. She's becoming super bonded to me, too... but her language potential is HUGE. SHE'S NOT EVEN TWO YEARS OLD YET - AND SHE'S DOING THIS STUFF!

I just want to make sure she doesn't overbond at this point. I want to keep up that friendly with everyone training she received. That's why I took her last night.

She's VERY people and attention oriented. Still plays non-stop.

She doesn't like going in the tree. Prefers to sit on the back of my chair and stay close to my face. She's an under the chin bird, like Maggie...

Obviously, she's going to get extra language training...

Better start wearing a gopro so you can catch it all on video

Ha ha Game over...she is Amazing as you say :) Is she s Macaw ... I probably should know but Im new...sorry if its a silly question.

Kiwi is my Panama Amazon...

WOW! That lady bird knows what she wants! I'm always amazed at how very smart birds are and how they show us lesser beings up.
