What makes a better pet: a blue headed pionus or a Senegal?

Hello, I've done some research since mid summer last year (2015) and decided on a Pionus Parrot. Super expensive breed to me but worth it since they live such a long time. All the dangers from your household and things you wouldn't think would kill them! Gah! Dante is a very picky baby she was born October 29, 2015 and I just got her this past monday January 25, 2016 I got her from a breeder in Florida watched her grow via pics had a DNA test on her to make sure of her sex, etc before she came. When I got her she was so quiet I worried for the first 2 days but then she opened to me and she learns so fast. She mostly makes noises when she is hungry - trying to get her fixed on her zupreem diet then hopefully transition to a pellet diet. She is a super picky/finiky eater too. I've found if I "help" her eat some ground northern beans she will eat it, she picks at sugar pee's and barely eats it, she loves to nibble on dried chili peppers and pumpkin seeds from the zupreem mix. She is full of spunk and personality. Perfect fit for me I will say. She has nibbled at my hands a time or two telling me she doesn't want to be bothered right now. (lol) but other than that - not loud whatsoever thus far. She is like a child to me - don't plan to have kids so she is the only child I will have - heh. I even made her some organic, parrot friendly apple crisp and she turned her beak up to it! Pshhhhhhh and then wants to cry to me for food still lol zupreem natural pellets come in monday I will try to moisten that up for her and hopefully get her started on that. Anyway, as to quietness she fits the bill for me. My room mates don't make a fuss, forget she is even there sometimes. :) :rainbow1:
