Confusion about what pellets to feed in winter

Hi all, previously I’ve been feeding lifetime pellets during winter (not Harrison’s, thought I’ve now switched to Harrison’s). I saw a few people saying on a different website that I should feed my parrots (galah and caique) Harrison’s high potency during winter, but also had some people suggest feeding a mix of high potency and lifetime, and also people tell me I should stick to lifetime only during winter.
For content, my parrots live in a heated home and don’t go outside. They also eat top’s (30% top’s, 70% Harrison’s).
In winter, should I feed high potency, lifetime, or a mix of both? I’m pretty confused. I’d love to hear some advice
