Confusion about what pellets to feed in winter

Hi all, previously I’ve been feeding lifetime pellets during winter (not Harrison’s, thought I’ve now switched to Harrison’s). I saw a few people saying on a different website that I should feed my parrots (galah and caique) Harrison’s high potency during winter, but also had some people suggest feeding a mix of high potency and lifetime, and also people tell me I should stick to lifetime only during winter.
For content, my parrots live in a heated home and don’t go outside. They also eat top’s (30% top’s, 70% Harrison’s).
In winter, should I feed high potency, lifetime, or a mix of both? I’m pretty confused. I’d love to hear some advice

I feed my Aazon, Salty, the same food all year long and he's 10 yrs old, like that. If your birds are inside ones, what would be the purpose in changing for winter??

The controversy continues. The brand of pellets is just one. Harrison does have a good reputation. So do others. I've fed high potency life time year round for past few decades with avian 2 vets (1 retired) approval. I don't switch pellets in winter. I do add a few higher calorie veggies to chop in winter. Higher calorie not sugar. What to feed or not is an ongoing controversy. Are your birds healthy? Behavior normal? Weight consistent? Vet checks passed? Environment safe with temperature consistent? Why change what's working?
