Looking for a birdie.... Anything cockatoos, greys, macaws, jardine's, anything that's not tiny and can learn to talk...will drive anywhere in California to pick up....parrot forums won't let me direct message. :red1: This is for my dad he has had several years of experience with several kinds of birds. I understand why you all were mad and/or worried about my last post. And I apologize about how it came off. But that was my first time ever posting about birds and I wanted to be enthusiastic. Thanks so much everyone for the feedback.

Welcome the the Parrot Forums.

I see that you are looking to obtain a mid to large Parrot. It may be worth your effort to provide a bit of background regarding parrots that you have had or currently have. That will likely help create a level of comfort for an individual looking to rehome their parrot.

Although not uncommon, it is unusual for an individual to be looking at such a wide base of mid to large Parrots. It maybe a good idea to visit a Pet Store that has parrots to view the different Parrots first.

Welcome back!
Folks will work with you, but you really do need to give background, and sorry to put it this way.. Prove yourself and intentions! This still for your dad?

jardine is very good,my jardine could speak chinese:你好(nihao, like say hello),and in many different intonation!and he may really know what this word mean, because he never say the word like a robot!

yesterday,in the morning,I heared he was practicing "en?" which sounds like he want to know "what's happening?":green1:
