Need help fast or else he is going to die

Thats the thing that haunts that even if i were 20 min quicker would that have saved him

Unfortunately we don't always get medical help in time. My ex (who I care for deeply) died this weekend, and if I know him like I think I do, it would have been preventable if he'd sought medical care sooner. :-(
