Dear all,

I have two pairs of small conure and both of the pairs have laid eggs and are in the incubation period.

Both the males belong to the same parents and both the females belong to a different pair.

I am planning to keep the chicks. Will it be ok if i pair the chicks of these two pairs? Or will it cause some problems. Please let me know. Thanks in advance!

It’s always best to aim to pair up birds with individuals that are completely unrelated. It won’t hurt though to do it for a single generation but it’s advisable to not continue further as otherwise then problems occur
