Talk about anything

Visited these little cuties while at the pet store again. They’re Nyasa Lovebirds, and they’re so tiny! Noticeably smaller than Button, and he’s just a cute little button! I know I shouldn’t tease myself like this, but they’re just too darn cute.

These were their beautiful neighbors. The description said they are Lutino Turquoisine Parakeets, and are similar to Bourkes.

Awesome! Beautuful warm day in Maine boating on the lake. Ready to BBQ. Having fun with family and my flock of budgies. The way life should be!

I’m listening to Kung Fu Panda music and studying for my Latin test tomorrow. I feel like I’m putting way too much effort into a dead language, but overall having a nice relaxing evening.

Latin is the root of so many words and languages in today’s world.
Wish I wasn’t hopeless at foreign languages.

I’m not all that great at English (at least the spelling part).

Introducing Quasar! They've already bitten me... okay, NIPPED me, when I was adding things to their cage. Gawdz, I missed having a green cheek. I needed another burb like I need another hole in my head.

The Budgie chewing up the books on the far right doesn't even care that its Armageddon! He just keeps on chewing!

How’s everyone? Any highlights from the past few weeks? I’ve mostly been birding, drawing, reading, and doing miscellaneous other stuff. The weather has been awesome lately.

Also, I’ve been birdless for almost a YEAR. I miss having birds so much. I’ve decided to get another over the summer if my parents approve.

Hey there corkscr.ew! I'm volunteering for a fundraising adventure/mini convention called Freya Fest. I've been made their artist guest of honor, much to my surprise and delight. Been painting a lot of cat-themed items, from stickers to a t-shirt design. :D. As for what I'm reading - mainly books on Witchcraft, when my eyes aren't being stubborn.

Someone asked about favorite apples. I like Ambrosia and Gala apples. :D.

Nice!! Can we see pics of the cat stuff?

Compulsive reader here. I was looking for foods to coax my sick but not showing it CAG to eat. I came upon this site. It was very informative for old and new bird owners. I didn't know that most of the newer self cleaning ovens could be harmful similar to Teflon. There was information on common bird diseases. What to do, and if humans could get them. It is a site to give a scan. The information was brief and concise. https://www.allaboutparrots.com/

I didn't know chickens could be wild.
