Their current setup, the goal is to have enough perches that they can navigate and land, but enough space that they can fly the length of the room multiple different ways with ease.

Also the girls (Picasso and Apollo) have been fighting a lot :( Especially over my hand. No blood so far, I think it may be a hormonal thing.

I had no idea that both Christmas and Easter Cactus are safe for birds until today.
Thank you, Ollie!

You're very welcome! haha
Yay! Not that I really care about that stuff, but it was funny to post a couple photos, check back 5mins later, and have 20 notifications!

It makes me happy to see a teen aged person giving their little birds such good care!
Aww, thank you! I'm filled with joy every time I see them out in the room, just being birds. I'm so happy they don't have to live in a small cage (or any cage), and that they can do behaviors that they are supposed to do, like flying and playing on plants and trees.

The birbs are doing pretty well! I really want to get something to play them music on (I don't have a device I can bring into my room), because Stormy LOVES to sing to music. Cossie is being randomly fearful, it may be the change in season and/or hormones, and Apollie is still a cute fluff.

Honestly, I have a lot to say about Stormy because his personality has developed a LOT since coming to me, and his goofy side has really come out. The girls still have their quirks and adorable things, but their personalities haven't developed as much because they're still not fully trusting of my intentions. That being said, they are still quite tame for budgies, just not goofballs like Stormy.

Foraging fun! I know I’m basically just feeding them seed, but I’m trying to get them back into playing, and I have a plan...

Those are some lucky birds!
Indeed! Although they don’t have enough toys at the moment, but I’m placing an order tonight.
