Thank you! 😍@zERo Gorgeous flock!!!
The fish tanks are just along various walls. It actually looks pretty pleasant and the birds certainly look happy but I'm sure you're eager to get your whole family into your house. It kinda looks like you are living in an airplane hanger or a giant grow house. It must be difficult to heat. Where do you keep all your fish?
Me too! And thank you!I'm looking forward to seeing your new bettas when they arrive, their set-up looks great!
Awwwwwwwwwww, they're beautiful babies 😍 And Hedwig looks very happy after that soaking!!The bettas are here!
We’ll have been for a few hours 😅
Now they’re just babies so no bright colors yet!

Lovejoy still HATES the spray bottle! He's still throwing himself in the water dish every other day or so, but it's a bit too cold for me to try to convince him about the spray bottle just now. I'll try again when it warms up a bit!Thank you!
Hedwig was very happy! She usually bathed in their big bath bowl but has recently started to like the spray bottle more.
I have one of those. I found my (now deceased 🙁) baby snapping turtle, Snappy, in our Quanset hut. Named him Snappioso Serpantina Quanset! I was crazy about that little turtle! Cried for days when I had to put him down. 😭😭😭😭Thank you! 😍

The garage and house are actually Quonset “huts”
Aww really? I guess some birds just prefer a dish!Lovejoy still HATES the spray bottle! He's still throwing himself in the water dish every other day or so, but it's a bit too cold for me to try to convince him about the spray bottle just now. I'll try again when it warms up a bit!
Sorry for your loss 🙁I have one of those. I found my (now deceased 🙁) baby snapping turtle, Snappy, in our Quanset hut. Named him Snappioso Serpantina Quanset! I was crazy about that little turtle! Cried for days when I had to put him down. 😭😭😭😭
I know it’s crazy! I guess they don’t realize that there’s no water outside the the tank?Oh @zERo, I'm sorry to hear about your baby bettas I had one do that to me too many MANY years ago but I was there to scoop him up too - how is it that they manage to find the tiniest gap to throw themselves through anyway?!
The chop looks yummy! Who does the little red plastic dog belong to?Ive decided to share what happened to the bettas.
Simply put, they jumped out overnight.
My dad is saying it’s his fault and he should’ve listened to me when I said they could fit through a tiny gap.
He, despite my protest, immediately put an order up for another pair. He is making a custom lid that tightly fits.
I feel terrible, but, things happen. I’ve had one of my betta splendens jump out, though, I was right there to pick him up!
On a positive note!
It looks like a bird exploded

Made chop on Tuesday. Suspiciously, it only took two hours instead of my normal three.

Mr. Cheshire is going blind. He’s recovering from fin injuries too. Not sure how he did it. I’ll soak him in methylene blue tomorrow.

That’s be Tony’s! He likes playing with plastic toys, Tom too.The chop looks yummy! Who does the little red plastic dog belong to?
That's very true. I hear that in Thailand they've been spotted in puddles left in the depression made by a buffalo hoof after it rains, so it would be a very handy skill to be able to flip into another pool of water once that tiny puddle dries out. Wish they wouldn't do it to us at home though!!I know it’s crazy! I guess they don’t realize that there’s no water outside the the tank?
I know in the wild they jump from pool/rice paddy/swamp puddle another so they think it’ll work the same way in captivity 😬
Oh no! How terrible! 🙁Nyla, my Mom kept a freshwater fish tank when I was a kid. She loved her black mollys and neon tettras . But her tank was destroyed when we had a house fire when I was 9 and she never started a new one. I believe it was a 50 gallon tank? I just remember it was huge.
