What color is he?

I adopted this male recently and his previous owners said his color is called “placid” and that they think he is an albino. I’m suspicious though, because he does have a slight ring. In certain lighting he also has a blue tint to his feathers, but in general he just looks white to me. So I’m thinking he may be a white headed pastel blue, but his blue tint is so slight and only ever in certain lighting which is why I’m unsure. Any guesses?

I don't know what kind of mutation combination he is, but I'm sure he isn't an albino because your suspicious is right.

Update: I think the previous owners meant a pallid! Still curious if others agree along with the type of pallid?
