Are you seriously getting a tres marias?
PS, if by some chance you do get a conure, you can't go wrong with a GCC!!

I'm highly considering getting one I want to get jinx trained up first and its going to take a while to get him on a harness I'm guessing but yeah if I do get a tres marias I think I'll add a conure mainly a yellow sided or a pineapple conure then when i find my own place in a few years time I'm thinking a hy macaw would fit in nicely aswell.

I'll be looking to get a female this time round as i have jinx and he is male and I would have liked him to be a female but he is male and i wouldn't change him for the world but if i can get a female tres marias I'll be over the moon I'm not saying I'll get one anytime soon maybe in about 3 years or more.

lol its no problem! some pics of my cage will be up tomorow!!!!! i went on the almost 2 hour drive at 11 this morning. held my little baby bird for like a half hour and loaded up my cage. i JUST fit in my car. if it was an inch bigger in anydirection it wouldnt of fit. im so excited. you can see it tomorow!

okay guys. sorry its a bit late at night(for me anyways)but here are my pics!

its a 32 x 23 in kings playtop. it came with 3 big SS dishs inside and 2 smaller SS dishes up top. also an extra food door incase i buy another bowl i can put it in. i am very happy with the cage. i am putting in more perchs besides that dowel and one other perch. i am getting a rope one and more natural ones and maybe a pedicure perch. so i will also be rearraging the toys. when that happens ill post some updates.

lol awsome. i wish i had a camera. i have to use my phone hopefully once i get this bird and get some more $$$ i can get one and speaking of taking pics with my phone the pics will be up tomorow because tonight my phone is dead sorry!

Lol it's nothing special. Just this cheap thing that breaks often lol. It's not like photographer quality lolol. Half the time I'm lazy and use my phone. And it's ok about your phone I know how you feel haha

I have no idea what this cage is called, but I really like it (I hope Birdy does too )
I paid about $200AUD for it.

I got a few branches from the park and attached them to the top of the cage.
Birdy uses them all the time and will often perch next to me while I work at the computer. He also uses them to scratch himself (shown in my earlier post) and to swing upside down on. Highly suggested!
