My next just-for-fun submission: “Summa Cum Laude” or just simply “With Honors”. The following pictures show my psittacine crew deep in study of the whole light is a wave vs particle debate, specifically regarding the visible spectrum. Honestly, I can’t even understand a word in those complex texts. Ultimately, the birbs are searching for the elusive Theory of Everything…trying to unite quantum mechanics with relativity, etc. The evening debates on gravity and dark matter are legendary! I’ve even had to block the numbers of persistent callers from MIT, Caltech, Harvard…. and what’s that other place? Oh yeah CERN. We are just simple folk, wanting to live a simple life.

I love it! That is definitely up close and personal! My ekkie does almost exactly that. ALL THE TIME, and usually with that gorgeous beaky pressed up against my nose or cheek. Traditionally demanding "love me" or "feed me." At bare minimum, "pay attention to me right now, I'm talking to you!"

Cuteness! And hungry, go Jeff! Yet another inspired theme already! I can't tell you all how much I'm loving this contest so far, and we're only 3 days in. Keep them coming folks, this month is shaping up to be epic!

Pal-entines it is. Love the colors. My daughter is a hairdresser, and loves doing funky colors and color blends. Did you plan the matching blue with Kirby?

Ha, it just happened to fade this way! I’m grateful Kirby is forgiving about the hair changes too; I’ve had pink and purple and green before. His new vet was telling me today that a long time ago her practice saw an Amazon who only liked blondes

It's been aa long time since I gave them apples. My bird's faves are boiled egg, carrot and spinach.
