I left the room and Nameliss had carefully removed most of the key covers. Had to use phone to ho on line for to see how to replace. Unfortunately my fingertips don't have eyes.

Bad bird, Zenek! I have the same problem with Fang and Jem, they like to try and lift the keys off or chew my wires so I cannot leave the room without covering my computer. Lovejoy on the other hand, he just likes to help with my online shopping ...

Oh, I didn't know Lovejoy is such a good boy when it comes to computers
Once Zenek chewed my charger and I had to throw it out. I looked at my old posts but I don't think I have ever shared it
So, I guess Zenek, Fang and Jem have this one thing in common - chewing the keboard or wires

Juliette really wants to pull the keys up and poop on them. She really likes the number lock. When she has to go, she has this little run that she does, and sometimes she dashes across the computer, little feet tapping, and I have to very quickly relocate her before she starts to reverse. By the time she starts to reverse, it's too late, and a deposit is already in transit.

It's definitely a "thing" with them, to the extent where I just found this toy keyboard that's available via my local bird supplies shop!

This one was on www.queenslanderaviaries.com, but I'm sure you can get something similar elsewhere. There's a "remote control" too!

I know, it's been a while... I have been pretty busy and today I got sad news from the flock....
Today Rozalka passed away
. She was 12 years old. I was considering her as the oldest one of my flock, however Fela also might be 12 Anyway, that's the average lifespan of Bourkes, so... I guess it's the least painful version of death becuase I know I took care of her enogh to make her live that long.
